Welcome to our spacious basement two-bedroom suite, where comfort and togetherness come together seamlessly. This suite offers a private bathroom, partial kitchen and sitting area, making it the ideal choice for families or friends looking to enjoy their stay in each other's company.
When booking a room on our website, you'll find a convenient checkbox option to request a parking space. We offer pre-reserved on-site parking at $10/day. Driveway is quite narrow and limited parking space is for 3 small/regular size cars.
We understand that parking is an essential consideration for our guests, and we aim to make it as hassle-free as possible. Additionally, there are other parking options:

Flexible Cancellation: We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your reservation with no charges if you notify us at least 3 days before your scheduled check-in time.

Late Cancellation: For cancellations made less than 3 days before your scheduled check-in, one night's stay will be charged to your credit card.

No Upfront Charges: Rest assured that no funds will be processed on your credit card until your arrival, allowing you to book with peace of mind.

Earliest Check-In Time: 1:00 PM. Front desk check in between 1:00 PM- 5:00 PM. Self check in (with a door code) after 5:00 PM. Please kindly inform us of your estimated arrival time in advance so that we can ensure a smooth check-in process.

Latest Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM. We kindly request that guests check out by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. This allows us to prepare the room for incoming guests and maintain the efficiency of our operations.
